All the products we supply a life-time warranty to assure you a stable performance and if you find any defective items, please contact us for return/exchange/maintenance.
1, Please kindly check the package well packed when you receive it. If it was obvious damaged, please reject it, take a photo, and contact us. If there was something missing or damaged during transportation, please let us know, and then make a complaint to the carrier.
2, Please kindly test our parts before installation, because some of them can't be exchanged if installed, like iPad digitizers.
3, Please kindly make sure each one with our stamp. So please don’t remove our stamp when you use the parts. If you get any from us without a stamp, please let us know too.
4, Please kindly pack the items well-protected before returning to avoid transportation damage.
5, Returning shipping cost of defectives will be afforded by customers, the new replacements shipping cost will be paid by us.
6, Please kindly confirm the shipping address and declared value with our sales before returning. The packing list and track number are requested after that. It will be much helpful for us to follow up.
7, All the defectives received that meet the return policy will be refunded or replaced within 7-15 days.
