Contact our sales and send the list for returns.

Please send the video of testing the defective screen or picture.

Return the faulty ones to our appointed address.

After-service team tests the screen and makes RMA report after receipt of returns.

DECLARATION: As regards to the products are not in the scope of the warranty policy, or those are damage by human-made. We reserve the right to deny taking after-service obligations.

Return Packing Guidance:

Please pack the products with the original package or well pack the products with a bubble bag and use a foam box as its outer package.

NOTICE

The following terms apply to all refunds and exchanges.

• All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, and non artificial damage. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied.
• All item(s) that have been returned without first receiving RMA approval will be denied.
• All item(s) being returned without our stamp will be denied.
• Some special item(s) such as machine or tools & accessoires have a warranty period of 365 days from the original purchase date. The RMA will be denied if the product is over the 365 day warranty period.

We reserve the right of final explanation and revision for the terms.
